Joey Speyer delivers. She is a solution-oriented client strategist and trusted advisor. Providing 20 years of business growth options to clients with an ”Engineered Financing” attitude in commercial and residential lending. In the role of Chief Portfolio Officer in SBA financing, client enrollment increased from 450 to 3000. CBRE found her 15 years of industry success the perfect fit to manage their Broker’s teams in Northern CA and Nevada. Joey’s technical drive spawned superspeed mapping and InDesign marketing posts. In late 2017 she joined Magilla, Inc. a technical platform, as their Senior Vice President of Operations; CRE lending. Magilla has now connected $14 billion in loans since its start-up in 2015.  

In 2021, Joey achieved her own long-time goal and earned her Broker’s license. Sharing her knowledge, she supports other MLOs in their own endeavors constantly teaching and elevating her team. “Engineered Financing” doesn’t just mean she will  “find a loan”; it means she finds the BEST lending scenario to help her clients achieve their financial goals. In her free time, Joey organizes a monthly book club for CREW members, she is a certified yoga instructor, DIY home improvement projects, First Responder, avid traveler, and event coordinator.  Additionally, Joey is on multiple committees including WITI and Sierra Youth & Families.
